Director of Facilities Operations – Jewish Community Center of San Francisco
Bruce Shapiro is currently the Director of Facilities Operations at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. He was working in facilities management of higher education research facilities, medical centers and community colleges. He has played a key role in energy conservation, building automation, maintenance & operation, and the identification of viable innovative technologies. He has taught industry related courses in the California University Extension program and specific safety subjects on manufacturing sites in the Bay Area. He is a CFM, CEM (Certified Energy Manager) has his MBA from the University of La Verne and currently working on obtaining his CFM Trainer certification.
