Membership Base
Spanning across all industries in San Francisco, IFMA offers a unique opportunity to interact, learn and have fun with a variety of different professionals in the area. Our association meets frequently for networking events, trainings and facility tours to stay up to date with current happenings in the industry.
Our group is made up of Facility Managers, Architects, Construction Professionals, Furniture Dealers and so much more. Not only will you get a chance to meet new people and learn, you will get a chance to meet a potential client or service provider to help further your business!

Satory Palmer
Satory is a seasoned corporate real estate strategic planner with a robust background in Workplace Strategy, Planning, and Operations. Most recently, as Senior Workplace Manager of Global Planning & Strategy at Broadcom (formerly VMware), Satory managed long-range strategic planning and analysis for a 5M+ square foot global real estate portfolio, overseeing cost modeling, forecasting, and alignment of operations across 100+ sites.
In previous roles, Satory has driven strategic workplace initiatives, managed large teams, and coordinated cross-functional projects, including COVID-19 response and the rollout of flexible work programs. His experience in Legal and Mergers & Acquisitions provided a strong foundation in corporate governance and transactional strategy, supporting deals valued at over a billion dollars and optimizing legal processes globally.
Satory holds an Executive MBA from San Francisco State University and is also a certified PMP and AWI professional. His blend of strategic analysis, project management, and people management skills makes him a dynamic leader in transforming modern work environments.
Kevin Rourke
Territory Manager for Turf Star Western in the Bay Area and Sacramento
Kevin Rourke is a Territory Manager for Turf Star Western in the Bay Area and Sacramento. He is focusing on utility vehicles for different kinds of facilities. In his previous life, Kevin was selling irrigation equipment to Golf Courses. He is very sad to leave the world of golf but is very interested in the world of Facility Management.
Kevin graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and is thinking about pursuing a Masters in Finance but hasn’t been able to make the plunge just yet. In his free time, he likes to play golf as much as possible, but loves to spend time with his wife and 18 month old daughter.
Theophilus Little
Director of Facilities Engineering and Emergency Preparedness lead for Kaiser Permanente
Theophilus Little is the Director of Facilities Engineering and Emergency Preparedness lead for Kaiser Permanente in the San Francisco Area. He oversees a critical aspect of the organization’s building and maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities and preparedness for any emergencies. Theophilus’ passion for healthcare stems from his upbringing as a military brat and six years of service in Army, where he witnessed firsthand the transformative power of medicine. This exposure ignited a spark within him, leading him to pursue a career in healthcare administration. His last role in the Army was as the Logistics Chief responsible for the combat hospital’s medical supply inventory, engineering, IT, and clinical technology. His military service was distinguished and highly decorated, serving in Texas, Korea, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Theophilus is also the Pride@KP Business Resource Group, Enterprise Co-Chair. He works and strives to support the national efforts to make Kaiser Permanente the employer of choice and the national leader in the delivery of quality health care to the LGBTQ+ community.
When not immersed in the world of healthcare, Theophilus indulges his passion for theater and the arts, serving as the Board Chair for the New Conservatory Theater Center in San Francisco. His artistic inclinations provide a creative outlet and complement his leadership skills.
Theophilus graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in Biology and earned his Master’s in Health Administration at Milken Institute School of Public Health, George Washington University.

My name is Ernesto and I am the business development representative for MB Jessee Painting. My passion has always been connecting with people and developing meaningful and collaborative relationships. I am new to this industry and am loving it. It is so diverse and I meet great people on a daily basis.
Previous to working here at MB Jessee, I had been working in healthcare for the last 13+ years. I joined IFMA as a way of getting to know individuals and businesses. I am excited to be a participating member and look forward to meeting you all, Happy New Year!!!

Elisa Tsang
Sr. Manager for Global Workplace Programs and Projects at HashiCorp
Elisa is the Sr. Manager for Global Workplace Programs and Projects at HashiCorp. Elisa has been at HashiCorp for two years, working on managing the onsite facilities, rolling out cross-functional systems, and supporting in-person and virtual programming to build connection and community. Prior to HashiCorp, Elisa worked in facilities and operations for a non-profit, managing their real estate portfolio, building out spaces, as well as developing more effective operational workflows across HR, Finance, IT, and Admin to streamline processes and to ensure that staff had what they needed to do their work.

Jennifer Sharpe is one of the founders of Dry Kings Restoration. As Chief Executive Officer, she is building a force of master restorers, who are committed to making an impact through the provision of disaster recovery services – restoring homes & businesses in the face of catastrophic events. Jennifer is especially passionate about leadership, developing talent and helping others reach their potential, while providing services that truly make a difference.
