Edward has been in commercial real estate for over 20+ years first as a commercial real estate manager with companies like CBRE, C&W and JLL and currently Senior Facility Manager with Wells Fargo. Prior to joining San Francisco IFMA as the Program Chair, Edward has served as an Officer for the San Francisco Elks Lodge.

Amanda Velez, a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in development, property management, and facility operations. As part of the BluSky Restoration Contractors team, Amanda specializes in supporting facilities with emergency water mitigation, environmental testing, and disaster preparedness planning.
Throughout Amanda’s career, she has worked closely with property managers, facility professionals, and business leaders to ensure buildings, teams, and operations are prepared for any challenge. Her expertise includes Proactive Emergency Planning, Risk Mitigation, Health and Safety Compliance and Rapid Response Solutions.
Amanda is passionate about partnering with facility management professionals to simplify the complexities of emergency preparedness and recovery. Her approach prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and practical solutions tailored to the unique needs of each facility.
When Amanda isn’t busy collaborating with facilities to enhance safety and resilience, you can often find her finding balance and rejuvenation in nature, hiking with her beloved dogs. A firm believer in the importance of mindfulness, Amanda also enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, which keep her grounded and ready to tackle new challenges.

Linda originally joined Huntsman in 1985 and after a brief hiatus, returned in 1995. A member of the firm’s Board of Directors, she has been instrumental in ensuring that the growth of the firm is coupled with creating professional and personal growth opportunities for our staff members. Linda oversees the firm’s HR practices and endeavors to discover creative and enthusiastic individuals to augment our growing practice. In addition to her management responsibilities, Linda directs and oversees design teams on multi-phased projects for clients such as Google, YouTube, Boston Properties, and Delta Dental. A certified interior designer and LEED accredited professional, she earned a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon.
